She is ALWAYS full of encouragement and determination and a little tough love when needed. Here are a few of her gentle reminders for resolution solutions:
Another great way to help meet lifestyle goals is to find unique ways to incorporate some of your favorite things into your new lifestyle. Sometimes there is nothing more comforting and (emotionally) rewarding as a family recipe of comfort food. A great way to keep that comforting feeling and great memories going is to give that old family recipe a little rehab. Executive Chef Josh Tomson will take family recipes and rehabilitate them with a healthy twist in 2015. By sharing comforting recipes that are a hit with friends and family but making them healthy, it also shares a healthy lifestyle with those you care most about. Keep the comfort, keep the memories but lose the guilt! Your comfort food recipe rehab might be featured in a Cooking Demonstration in 2015! Please share your recipe in the comments below or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org and let Chef Josh Tomson and his team will get to work!
Now, on to week two…
